Our mission is to educate, inform, and provide quality Home and Community-Based Waiver Services to eligible recipients in the state of Louisiana. Our staff of qualified, dedicated, and trained professionals are adept at providing compassionate, quality care as specified in the individual care plan. These services are tailored to prevent the institutionalization of the elderly and/or disabled individuals.
